| Message: | I am an adult child of an alchoholic and suffered from many years of abuse from my alchoholic father . He abused me physically and emotionally.My father was the child also of an alchoholic. It is apparent to me if you do not break the chain of alchoholism,than your life can not improve and you will continue to pass on these traits to your children etc... I am a mother of 2 children. In my life before the children I rebelled and settled for less for most of my life. After all, this is all I believed I was worthy of. I now know that I am worth so much more though I know that I wasted alot of years while figuring this out. I am currently in therapy and in other 12 step programs trying to heal the past.
